out the different areas where user privacy is concerned. It outlines the obligations & requirements of
City’s Finest, its partners, subscribers, and visitors under the General Data Protection Regulation

• you personally: you filled in your personal data on the Listing agreement, a contact form, or
registration form; you furnished your contact details via business cards during introductory
meetings, events, congresses, etc.;
• public sources such as LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram.
Why and how we process your personal data
City’s Finest processes your personal data on the basis of your consent for marketing purposes, to
improve our website, and for social media activities. We endeavor to only inform you about the
developments that are relevant for you. In addition, we use the information that we receive from
you to better understand your preferences and wishes and to improve our digital notices and
propositions.

resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce this agreement.
Your personal data will be erased if it appears that your email address is no longer in use (for
example when error messages are received); the consent based on which your personal data is
processed and/or stored is withdrawn by you; the legitimate interest based on which your personal
data is processed, expires because, for example, your company ceases to exist; you have not had any
contact with City’s Finest for a period of 5 years.

posted, or by closing your account. You can also ask us for additional information we may have about
your account.

mailing preferences via the ‘unsubscribe’ link or via info@CitysFinest.org.

City’s Finest does not share your personal data with third parties if commercial purposes are
involved. City’s Finest may organize an activity with another party. In that case, only relevant contact
details are shared as far as organizing the activity requires. We don’t provide any of your non-public
information (like your email address) to third parties without your consent, unless required by law, or
as described in this Policy.

data against loss or any form of unlawful processing.
